2. Service description
Pres2Go is a mobile app for calculating job costs and preparing commercial quotes. PDF and Excel exports are quotes, not tax invoices. Pres2Go is not a billing, accounting, tax filing, ERP or CRM system.
3. Intellectual property
The Pres2Go brand, design, texts and software are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property regulations. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without the owner's express authorization is not permitted.
4. Responsibility
The user is responsible for verifying the content generated by the app, as well as the tax and legal requirements applicable to their activity, before using or sending any quote.
5. Third-party services
Distribution of the app and management of purchases and subscriptions are carried out through the Apple App Store and Google Play, with RevenueCat involved in validating purchases and managing access rights.
