Pres2Go privacy policy

The Spanish version is the controller's reference text. This translation is provided for accessibility and convenience.

This policy explains what data Pres2Go processes, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Data controller

2. What data Pres2Go processes

Pres2Go is a mobile tool for calculating job costs and preparing professional quotes. Most of the information you enter is stored locally on your device.

  • Business data, client data, quotes, templates and preferences that you enter in the app, stored mainly on the device.
  • An optional company logo, selected by you through the system's photo picker.
  • A manual backup file, which may contain quotes, clients, templates, business data, preferences, the current draft and numbering. You choose where to save or share it through the operating system's file or share selector.
  • Purchase and subscription data processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and through RevenueCat when you buy or restore Pres2Go Pro.
  • RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier (App User ID), technical information about the device and operating system, purchase and subscription history, and store transaction, receipt or token information needed to validate purchases, grant access rights and produce subscription analytics.

2.1. What Pres2Go does not do

  • Pres2Go includes no advertising.
  • Pres2Go includes no proprietary analytics SDK.
  • Pres2Go does not create user accounts in this version.
  • Pres2Go does not send the content of your quotes or your clients' data to RevenueCat.
  • Pres2Go does not generate tax invoices: PDF and Excel exports are quotes.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Pres2Go does not request consent for advertising or proprietary analytics processing because it does not carry out that kind of processing.

  • Providing the app features you request and keeping your settings and backups: performance of the service requested by the user (contractual relationship).
  • Managing and verifying Pres2Go Pro purchases and allowing you to restore access to your subscription: performance of the subscription and the service and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations and store terms.
  • Handling support and privacy requests: managing the user's request and legitimate interest in providing support and maintaining the service, together with compliance with legal obligations where applicable.

4. Providers, recipients and transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, applying the legal safeguards provided for in the applicable regulations.

  • Apple App Store and Google Play, to process purchases and subscriptions.
  • RevenueCat, to validate purchases, manage access rights and produce subscription analytics.
  • The storage or sharing provider you choose when exporting a quote or saving a backup.

5. Retention

  • Local app data is kept until you delete it, clear the app's data or uninstall Pres2Go, without prejudice to any backups made by the operating system or by yourself.
  • Backups you save remain under your control and at the destination you have chosen.
  • Purchase and subscription records are kept in accordance with the retention policies and legal obligations of the relevant providers.
  • Support emails are kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and comply with applicable legal responsibilities.

6. Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, where applicable, by writing to pres2go.support@gmail.com.

Data that exists only on your device can normally be deleted directly from the app or from the device settings. Backups saved separately remain under your control and you must delete them yourself.

You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) or with the competent supervisory authority in your country.

7. Security

  • Pres2Go applies the data minimization principle and processes only the information necessary for it to function.
  • It uses the storage, sharing and purchase mechanisms provided by the operating system and by the app stores.
  • The current backup file is not encrypted by Pres2Go and may contain client data. Store it in a safe place and share it only with those who need access.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated when the app, the providers used or the applicable legal requirements change. The update date will always be shown on this page.
