2. Service

Pres2Go is a mobile tool for calculating job costs and preparing commercial quotes.

The PDF and XLSX exports generated by the app are quotes, not tax invoices. Pres2Go is not a billing, accounting, tax filing, ERP or CRM system, and does not provide professional advice of any kind.

3. Taxes

The tax names and rates shown by Pres2Go are editable configuration suggestions. They may be out of date or not applicable to a specific transaction and do not constitute tax advice.

It is the user's responsibility to configure and verify the taxes applicable to each transaction.

4. User responsibility

Before sending a quote to a client, the user must verify prices, quantities, taxes, margins, client data and the legal requirements applicable to their activity.

5. Pres2Go Pro

• Pres2Go offers up to 3 free PDF or Excel exports.
• Pres2Go Pro unlocks unlimited exports while the subscription is active.
• Pro may be offered on a monthly and annual basis, as an auto-renewing subscription.
• The price, currency, taxes, billing period and renewal terms shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase are the ones that apply.
• Subscription management and cancellation are carried out in the store where it was purchased.
• The app lets you restore purchases to recover access to an active subscription.

6. Local data and backups

Job data is stored mainly locally, on the user's device.

The manual backup may contain quotes, clients, templates, business data, preferences, the current draft and numbering, and is not encrypted by Pres2Go. The user chooses the destination of the backup through the operating system's file or share selector and is responsible for keeping it safe.

7. Availability and updates

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the app available and up to date, but interruptions, device or operating system compatibility issues, and changes resulting from app store policies may occur.

8. Intellectual property

The Pres2Go brand, design and software are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. The user receives only a personal, non-transferable license to use the app, with no right to copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the software except as permitted by law.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the applicable Spanish and European Union regulations, without limiting the mandatory rights that the user may have as a consumer.
